Shipping policy

Estrella chooses to include and pay for a tracked shipping service for every package. Estrella accepts no liability should the carrier lose the package.

For shipments within France, Estrella uses a tracked letter service.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country:

• France: starting at €3.12
• EU: starting at €7.00 (orders accepted for a minimum purchase of €35 for all EU countries, excluding France)
• Rest of the world (excluding the USA): €7.50 (orders accepted for a minimum purchase of €35)

   

  If your order is returned to the sender (Estrella) because the recipient is unknown at the address provided, a refund will be issued following communication with the seller and upon receipt of the package by Estrella; however, shipping costs remain your responsibility. (Your full name MUST appear on your mailbox to ensure successful delivery by the carrier.)
